TrueNorth HR provides HR advisory, workplace relations, investigations, and consulting services across Australia and New Zealand. This site offers general information and a way to contact us. Using the site does not create a client relationship.

Content on this site is general information only. It is not legal, industrial relations, or financial advice. Do not rely on it without obtaining professional advice. A formal engagement only begins once you accept our Client Service Agreement and Scope of Work.
3. Australian and New Zealand consumer law
You may have rights under Australian Consumer Law or the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act and Fair Trading Act. These rights cannot be excluded. Nothing in these Terms removes or limits your statutory protections.
